Team Push-to-Talk & Location
Ridgeline PTT. Your team, connected — not a cloud.
Create or join a group with a callsign and PIN, then talk, track, and message your team in real time — over your own server or straight across a local mesh, with no carrier and no cloud vendor in between.
Built for Teams That Need to Stay in Sync
Group sessions, studio-grade audio, self-hosted maps, and offline mesh fallback — one app for crews, camps, fleets, and job sites.
Callsign & Group Sessions
Create a group with a callsign, optional group name, and an auto-generated PIN — or join one with a code your team already has. Sessions are time-boxed and extendable, so a temporary crew never lingers on your network longer than it should.
Server or Mesh Networking
Run it against a server you own, or drop into Node mode to relay mesh traffic peer-to-peer with no internet connection at all — with a battery-saving relay-only option when you just need to extend range.
Studio-Grade Audio Filters
Hardware noise suppression for engine and background noise, DSP wind reduction, and an AI (RNNoise) neural denoise pass before transmit — so the person on the other end hears you, not the environment.
On-Device Live Captions
Incoming voice can be transcribed to text on the device itself. The speech model downloads once (about 190MB) and runs locally — no audio is ever sent to a cloud transcription service.
Self-Hosted Map Tiles
Point the app at a LAN server, a Windows PC running a local tile server, or your own cloud box — never a third-party map vendor. Manage offline map packs, auto-share maps to new peers on the mesh, and drop pins for the whole group to see.
Physical PTT Button & Route Export
Pair a Bluetooth push-to-talk button for hands-free transmit, and export a recorded route whenever you need a record of where the team traveled.
See It in Action
Your Server. Your Team. Full Stop.
No telemetry. No monetization.
Most team communication tools route your voice traffic, location history, and map requests through a vendor's cloud. Ridgeline PTT is built the opposite way — point it at a server you own, or skip the network entirely with mesh mode, so there's no third party in the middle of your team's conversations.
- Self-hosted backend: Runs against a LAN server, a Windows PC, or your own cloud box — no vendor subscription required.
- Self-hosted maps: Map tiles come from your own tile server, not a third-party mapping API.
- On-device AI: Noise suppression and live captions run locally on the phone, not in someone else's cloud.
- Mesh fallback: Node mode relays traffic peer-to-peer when there's no internet connection at all.
